If
you have experienced trouble where your hummer suddenly stops running
and shuts down for a minute, this may help. I found that you can
bypass the power diode and this seems to let it keep running as
normal. I recommend trying this and not calling your child a
stupid f***** c****** or something similar. Be warned that
this *may* void your warranty or cause damage to the vehicle. I
haven't had any trouble so far.
This picture shows how you can
just pop the hood and attach a jumper wire. I always remove the
jumper when charging in case it protects against overcharging.
And if your daughter loves being the passenger and cranking up the
radio, you might open up the radio, untwist the antenna, and snake it
into the engine compartment where you can tie it to some more wire for
better reception.
I just figured out she's talking on a GPS, not a phone.
